The Certificate in Extensive English Learning Programme (EELP) is a 1-year course that takes students from Pre-Intermediate to Advanced level, with each module lasting 3 months.
It focuses on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing β while building vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation. Through practical topics and real-world communication, students gain the confidence and fluency needed for academic, professional, and everyday use of English.
EELP is offered as a full-time programme. International students can apply for a Student Pass through CEC and study legally in Singapore for the duration of the course.
